Vision
To develop a “one-of-a-kind” sports and fitness complex in Lycoming County that uses the power of sports and competition to reach out and touch the lives of young athletes and their families by teaching character values through positive role models and mentoring.
Mission
Conduct all activities necessary to fund, establish, maintain, operate and/or provide educational, recreational and developmental activities, facilities and opportunities for young people and families in Lycoming County.
Goals
1. Pave the way for opportunities for area young people by providing them a training ground for learning leadership skills, self-worth and decision-making abilities necessary for a lifetime of success.
2. Work in partnership with the Eastern Lycoming YMCA (ELYMCA) and other community groups toward the recreational, moral and spiritual development of the area’s young people.
3. Improve the quality of life for families throughout Lycoming County and beyond through positive recreational sports experiences.
4. Provide youth and adult leadership programs to develop leaders for our nation’s future.
5. Stimulate economic development in Lycoming County through hosting and sponsorship of regional and national youth sports and fitness competitions.
